Lisa Low
Registered Clinical Counsellor & Section 211 Assessor
I understand that separation and divorce can be an emotionally challenging time for families. Navigating the legal system while prioritizing your child’s well-being can feel overwhelming, especially when a Section 211 Report or a Views of the Child Report has been recommended or ordered. My goal is to provide clarity and guidance throughout this process, ensuring you have the information you need to move forward with confidence.
I am qualified to complete full Section 211 Reports under the Family Law Act, as well as Views of the Child and Hear the Child Reports. I am a roster member of the BC Hear the Child Society and a member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts. I have extensive training in child custody assessments, high-conflict coparenting, stepwise and non-evaluative child interviewing, and parental alienation.
My qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in child and youth care and a master’s degree in counselling psychology. I have worked in the helping profession, including child protective services and mental health for over twenty years.
I am available to answer any questions or concerns you may have about the assessment process.
